SAPRA - the International Association of Defence Product Manufacturers - has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the Finnish Operations Center (FOC), establishing a framework for strategic cooperation between the Finnish and Latvian defence and security sectors.
The agreement represents an important step towards SAPRA’s objective of building a strong regional cooperation network among defence and dual-use companies across NATO’s Eastern flank.
FOC describes its role in supporting companies entering defence markets as follows:

The Memorandum of Understanding provides a foundation for SAPRA and FOC to develop practical cooperation, strengthen connections between Finnish and Latvian defence companies and support the growth of a wider regional network across NATO’s Eastern flank.
