SAPRA - the International Association of Defence Product Manufacturers – met with Ieva Cēsniece, Latvia’s Ambassador-designate to Greece, to introduce the Association’s activities and discuss opportunities for future cooperation.
During the meeting, SAPRA presented its work within Latvia’s defence industry, including its role in fostering cooperation between industry, public institutions and international partners, as well as supporting the development of international partnerships for its member companies.
The discussion also provided an opportunity to exchange views on the specific characteristics of the defence and security sector, SAPRA’s current activities and future development priorities.
Particular attention was given to the importance of international dialogue and cooperation in creating new connections between Latvia’s defence industry and partners abroad.
SAPRA continues to develop relationships with Latvia’s diplomatic representatives and international partners, supporting stronger international cooperation and new opportunities for Latvia’s defence industry.
