SAPRA - International Association of Defence Product Manufacturers - welcomes Kappa Optronics GmbH as a new member of the association.
The membership was formalised during a certificate signing meeting, marking the beginning of cooperation within the SAPRA network.
The certificate was signed by Edgars Zandmanis, Chairman of the Board of SAPRA, and Christian Henn, Business Development Manager at Kappa Optronics.
Kappa Optronics is a Germany-based company specialising in advanced optronic systems for defence and security applications, contributing significant expertise in optical and sensor technologies.
The inclusion of Kappa Optronics strengthens SAPRA’s international dimension and supports the development of cooperation between Latvian and European defence technology companies.
The expansion of the association reflects ongoing efforts to build a connected and competitive defence industry ecosystem, integrating industrial capabilities, innovation and cross-border collaboration.
