SAPRA - the International Association of Defence Product Manufacturers - welcomed Human Source as a new member of the Association, expanding the range of professional expertise available within the SAPRA ecosystem.
During a meeting with Arturs Blinovs, CEO of Human Source, the parties marked the company’s membership with a symbolic signing ceremony and discussed the next steps for cooperation.
As an HR company, Human Source brings expertise in recruitment and workforce development that can support defence industry companies as they expand their operations, develop new capabilities and respond to growing demand for qualified specialists.
The discussion focused on practical areas of future cooperation, including potential joint events and the development of labour market insights and analysis for SAPRA members. Such initiatives can provide companies with a clearer understanding of workforce trends in Latvia and support more informed decisions as they plan their future growth.
Access to skilled professionals is becoming increasingly important as Latvia’s defence and technology industries continue to develop. Bringing specialised HR expertise into the Association strengthens SAPRA’s ability to connect its members not only with industrial and institutional partners, but also with professional competencies that support their long-term development.
SAPRA welcomes Human Source to the Association and looks forward to developing practical initiatives that support the growth and competitiveness of its members.
